The Client

Searching for something more unique than traditional studio portraits this family wanted someone to come to their home to create portraits in a familiar environment.   A large part of the experience was the fact that his grandparents were present at the time of the session and enjoyed watching their young grandson be the star of his own show.

The Photographer

With a glowing and eager smile this baby was nothing but fun to work with.  He was barely sitting up on his own at the time of the session so I was mindful to keep him safe and used creative posing to make sure mom’s supportive arms weren’t evident in his pictures.  I suggested dad play with the baby for a few minutes, providing me the opportunity to capture some loving and playful moments between dad and his young son.
