The Clients

This family wanted a photographer who could come to their home and capture their family in their everyday surroundings.  Images of their kids reading in their rooms, among their own belongs, feeling comfortable and relaxed was an appealing prospect to them.  In addition they wanted some casual family portraits outdoors that personified the love and fun that this family has together.

The Photographer

After their initial consultation I knew this session would be fun and unique.  Upon arriving at their home and getting to know the kids and seeing the beautiful shelves, toys and books I knew it would make a beautiful scene for some real-life portraits.  In addition, I knew that heading outdoors would provide an opportunity for this family to interact and enjoy each other’s company, allowing me to create beautiful portraits of the interactions and love that occur in their everyday lives.
